NORTHAMPTON, Mass. (WWLP) - Creative expression was on full display in Northampton Friday night.
It was the city's annual Chalk Art Festival. 10 local artists had the chance to render their work on the pavement in the hopes of winning a cash prize. However, it wasn't all about the money.
It was also about all the people walking the downtown streets who got to admire the work.
